Plaintiff in error Darrell Cunningham, hereinafter referred to as defendant, pled guilty to two counts of armed robbery, party to a crime, contrary to secs. 939.05 and 943.32(1) (b) and (2), Stats. Accepting the guilty plea, the trial Judge sentenced defendant to an indeterminate term of ten years on count one and an indeterminate term of ten years on count two, said terms to run consecutively. On appeal defendant challenges this sentence as excessive and an abuse of discretion.
